The existing website wasn't reflecting the premium, editorial quality of her brand and it wasn't converting visitors into bookings. For a studio with Gulf Shore Life, Nail Pro, and People's Choice award recognition, the digital presence was underselling everything she had built. Clients were arriving through word of mouth despite the website, not because of it. That needed to change.
